Under what terms are Prozilla 2.0 websites released?

All paying members must have a clear understanding of my terms of use. Before purchasing you are responsible to understand and abide by our Terms and Conditions.

How do I install websites?

While browsing websites through our main site, an “Install this website” will appear. Simply click on the link and enter your information. The installer will let you know what you need to install the website.

How are your websites coded?

Each website is coded in PHP 5 and MySQL where a database is required.

What hosting do I need to install Prozilla 2.0 websites?

All Prozilla 2.0 websites are developed and tested on Cpanel servers only with PHP 5.  Our installer is also only developed to use with Cpanel servers. If you are using Ensim, Plesk, Windows or other server platform our system will not work. We do however, offer installations through support at $5 a website for other platforms. Prozilla 2.0 at this time is not currently planning to develop for these platforms in the future. Websites are not available for download and will not be provided in script form for manual installation for any reason.

Can I customize the images included with each site, like the logo?

Yes. Although we try to make each site as generic as possible , blank files can be made available or you can request professional image editing at http://www.tweakstreet.com.

Can I resell, reproduce, or distribute websites to others?

Yes as long as in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Websites are intellectual property. Please ensure you review our terms and conditions carefully to avoid problems. The Prozilla 2.0 legal department pursues piracy in a variety of effective methods that often includes suspension of third party services from hosting to payment processors and domain names.

What do I receive when I join Prozilla 2.0?

Members gain access to various areas of our website such as the installer to install all websites, SEO tools, plus the forum and any future products we add to Prozilla 2.o.

Can I modify the websites to fit my websites personal needs?

Yes, you are free to change the sites in any way that you like, as long as the sites do not exchange hands. You cannot resell or redistribute the theme to others, even after modifications have been made.

Am I required to retain the link back to Prozilla 2.0 when I use your websites?

Link credit is required to remain for any websites you sell or use for commercial use. If you wish to remove the credit, you must contact us for permission. There will be a $5 removal fee paid via PayPal if your website is for profit. Link credit may be removed for websites used for member personal use.

I found an a bug in a website, will you fix it?

Yup! We encourage users to contact uswith any problems they are experiencing so we can get them fixed asap. Please contact support if you find a problem.

If I cancel my membership, can I still use the website I’ve already installed?

Yes, you do not need to have an active membership to use websites you installed when you were a paying member. Cancellation of your subscription merely revokes access to the member’s area, updates, support and commercial use. You will not be authorized to sell our websites without an active membership

How long before my membership is active?

All memberships are manually completed. To join and avoid delays, your personal information and IP address must match the address on your PayPal account. All memberships are usually completed within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my membership?

All payments are handled via PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. You have complete control over how long your subscription remains active, and can cancel your subscription at any time from within your PayPal control panel. Simply log in to PayPal, locate the payment in your payment history, click “Details” and locate the “Cancel Subscription” button.

I am a web designer, can I use your websites when developing websites for my clients?

Yes, however, your clients should also be aware that they do not own exclusive rights to the design or coding, which is still copyright protected. Credit Links may not be removed for commercial use.
